الرَّحْمَٰنِ르r라흐마니 بِسْمِ비스밀
- 粗体= 单词的重音音节，读得稍重。
- 上划线= 长元音（麦德），拖长约两拍。诵读中最重要的长度。
- 小字= 阿拉伯语这里没有元音，只发辅音，短促。
- 小拉丁字母= 韩语里没有的音，标在后面的音节上。f 上齿碰下唇 · θ/ð 舌尖放在齿间 · r 舌尖颤动（只有“ㄹ”时是 l）。
读音标注说明

- 粗大字（ˈ）= 重读、稍长。单词里最重的音节。
- 浅色字= 弱读、短读（含糊元音）。不要每个音节一样重。
- 小号的 “으·트·스”= 几乎不发音。英语里没有这个元音，只发辅音。
- 整个词都浅（the、of、and、to…）= 句中轻读、快读，重读名词、动词等实词。
- 小号的 f v θ ð r= 韩语里没有的音。f 上齿轻触下唇，v 同样位置并发声，θ/ð 舌尖放在上下齿之间，r 舌头卷起、不碰任何地方。

Classed as a Meccan sura, its eight verses begin by reminding the one addressed of what God has done for him, in the form of questions: did We not expand your breast, remove the burden that weighed upon your back, and raise your renown high? The centre of the sura is a single sentence stated twice in a row, in verses 5 and 6: 'Indeed with hardship comes ease.' Both times the wording places ease together 'with' hardship. The last two verses give a short instruction: when you have finished one task, exert yourself again, and turn your longing toward your Lord. The sura moves from recalling help already received, to hope in the middle of difficulty, to continued effort directed toward God.

章名由来 It is named from verse 1, 'Did We not expand for you your breast?' — ash-Sharh means the opening up or expanding.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَلَمْ알람 نَشْرَحْ나시r라흐 لَكَ라카 صَدْرَكَ사드r락
우리가 너를 위해 너의 가슴을 열어 주지 않았느냐?

وَوَضَعْنَا와와다으나 عَنْكَ안카 وِزْرَكَ위즈r락
그리고 너에게서 너의 짐을 내려 주지 않았느냐?

الَّذِي알라ð디 أَنْقَضَ안까다 ظَهْرَكَð다흐r락
그것은 너의 등을 짓누르던 짐이었다.

وَرَفَعْنَا와r라f파으나 لَكَ라카 ذِكْرَكَð디크r락
그리고 너를 위해 너의 이름을 높여 주지 않았느냐?

فَإِنَّf파인나 مَعَ마알 الْعُسْرِ우스r리 يُسْرًا유스r라
진정 어려움과 함께 쉬움이 있다.

فَإِذَاf파이ð다 فَرَغْتَf파r라그타 فَانْصَبْf판삽
그러니 네가 [일을] 마치거든 [다시] 힘써 애쓰고,

وَإِلَىٰ와일라 رَبِّكَr랍비카 فَارْغَبْf파r르갑
너의 주님께 간절히 바라라.
